Experience the vineyards and beautiful countryside on horseback at Adobe de Guadalupe. The winery and hotel offer a horseback and wine tour that’s one of the best in the region. As the largest breeder of Azteca horses in the world, their stable has 26 incredible horses.

There are a couple of museums in Valle de Guadalupe but make sure to check out The Vine and Wine museum. The area is the ideal place for such a museum given it’s located on the famous Ruta del Vino. The museum is divided into four main areas and showcases the culture, history, industry, art, wine , and identity of the valley. Its objective is to highlight the winemaking history of this region, that produces 90% of the wine in Mexico. You’ll enjoy some great views of the valley as it sits at just the right elevation to enjoy the surrounding vineyards and appreciate the ones at a distance.
