Removing planning obstacles, receiving insider tips, and accessing exclusive experiences are among the many reasons travelers are using travel concierge services more than ever. Most importantly, we will save you time, energy, and money since communication and technology barriers still remain in Valle, and hotel, vineyard, and restaurant information is not always up-to-date or easy-to-navigate.
Traveling with EXPLORE VDG is easy. Here is how it works:

Let us know a little more about your upcoming trip to get a better idea of what you are looking for and start creating the perfect itinerary.
2. Planning and Booking
Our process begins with an initial email, followed by a phone call from our Concierge. Based on the information you provide, we will provide an Estimate for you to review. Once approved, you’ll need to pay a deposit and then we can begin to bring your ideas to life through a custom trip plan. Once you are happy with your itinerary, we’ll move forward with any payments necessary to finalize reservations of your trip.
3. Enjoy Your Trip

Planning a trip involves a lot of work, from the dreaming stage to planning and then to booking. For this reason, EXPLORE VDG charges a flat-rate daily planning fee per group for each trip that we organize. Package rates depend on the length of stay and hotel tier. The package price you will be quoted includes:
- Daily Planning fee
- Personalized Itinerary
- Bookings and reservations at top wineries, restaurants, and experiences
- Transportation (8-10 hours)
- Hotel reservations (not the actual cost)
- Travel support during your trip
Not Included:
- Meals
- Wine Tasting Fees
- Hotel fees
- Additional activities
- Gratuities (hotel, wineries, restaurants, transport)
We want you to plan and travel with peace of mind during these uncertain times, so we only select hotels and activities with flexible cancellation and refund policies. If you choose to cancel your trip, we will always do our best to refund the tour and experience monies paid; however, the initial planning fee will not be returned. Of course, it can be transferred and used in the future when you decide to rebook your trip.
Revisions to your itinerary can be requested before your journey begins; however, we cannot always guarantee changes will be successful. Please note: It is rare, but an additional fee may be accessed based on the degree of change.
It’s never too early to start planning your trip – earlier is always better to secure reservations and to plan activities. The time of year you plan to visit plays a significant factor in determining how far in advance you should book.
March – October is the Valle’s high season and the region anticipates more visitors.
November – February is the low season and less crowded so bookings tend to be a little easier.
EXPLORE VDG asks for a minimum of 72 hours to properly plan your experience during low season.
Frequently travelers contact us last-minute (within 72 hrs of the trip) or when they are already in Valle to help book a tour. In this circumstance, go ahead and contact us at [email protected] and we will get back to you ASAP to confirm if we can accommodate your request or not.
